Usagi’s Curried Rice Ingredients: - 1 cup uncooked regular long grain rice - 2 tablespoons margarine or butter - 1 tablespoon finely chopped onions - ½ to 1 teaspoon curry powder - ¼ teaspoon salt - ¼ teaspoon pepper - ¼ cup slivered almonds, toasted - ¼ cup chopped pimiento-stuffed olives or ripe olives Instructions: 1. Cook rice 2. Melt margarine in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook onions in margarine about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender. Stir in curry powder, salt and pepper. 3.
